2nd H1N1 VACCINE TO BE OFFERED TO STUDENTS AGE 9 AND YOUNGER

Anahuac ISD will serve as a location site for a voluntary H1N1 1st dose if not yet received and 2nd dose for children ages 9 and younger on March 24, 2010.

School employees will not be administering the vaccine.  This will be a county function and is offered by the Chambers County Health Department.   Forms will be sent home to all children and the parents must sign permission and make sure signatures of the parent/ guardian is on the 3 designated places.

The H1N1 vaccine to be given is the attenuated (or dead) virus vaccine.
